Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of car rental and import services provided by our company. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Rental Conditions

2.1 Requirements for Renters

Minimum age: 21 years.
Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
Valid passport or ID card.

2.2 Rental Duration

Minimum rental period: 1 day (24 hours). The rental day is counted from the time the vehicle is collected. Late returns may incur additional charges.

2.3 Payment Terms

Payment is made in advance upon vehicle collection.
Accepted methods: cash, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer (rental/deposit).
The security deposit varies depending on the vehicle, driver’s age, experience, and travel area.
Corporate clients may benefit from deferred payment.

3. Vehicle Use

3.1 Permitted Use

The vehicle may be used only for legal purposes on public roads. Off-road driving, racing, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Maximum allowed speed: 90 km/h in urban areas and 130 km/h on national roads.

3.2 Mileage

200 km per day are included in the rental price.
Unlimited mileage option is available upon request and depends on the vehicle.
Excess mileage fee: 4 MDL/km.

3.3 Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned full. A refueling charge applies if returned with less fuel.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.1 Insurance Coverage

All rental vehicles include mandatory third-party liability insurance (RCA). The renter is responsible for damages caused to the vehicle or third parties.
Comprehensive (CASCO) insurance is not included but can be arranged individually.

4.2 Renter’s Responsibility

The renter is responsible for all fines, penalties, and violations incurred during the rental period, including traffic tickets, parking fines, and toll charges.

5. Vehicle Delivery and Return

5.1 Delivery Options

Pick-up from office: free of charge in Chișinău, str. Transnistria, 5/1
Airport delivery: €20 (10:00–20:00) / €40 (20:00–10:00)
Home delivery: €20 (10:00–20:00) / €40 (20:00–10:00) — sectors: Ciocana, Rîșcani, Center, Buiucani, Botanica.
Delivery to suburbs or districts is arranged individually.

5.2 Return Policy

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns without prior notice may incur extra fees.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 48+ hours before pick-up: full refund minus tax.
Cancellation 24–48 hours before pick-up: 50% refund minus tax.
Cancellation less than 24 hours: no refund.
No-show: full rental fee is charged.

7. Import Services

7.1 Scope of Services

Our import services include vehicle selection, inspection, purchase, documentation, and delivery from auctions/dealers or private sellers in the USA, Canada, Europe, China, and Korea to Moldova.

7.2 Delivery Times

Europe: 12–15 days (Italy 30–40 days)
USA/Canada: 70–90 days depending on location, documents, and port
China/Korea: around 120 days

7.3 Fees and Costs

All fees and costs are discussed and agreed upon before starting the service. We guarantee full transparency and no hidden charges.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and process all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your information is used solely for providing our services and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
